Firestone Complete Auto Care

Arrived at 1:30pm for two tires to be rotate and balance off my warranty. It's now 3:30pm and I haven't been called yet! It shouldn't take two hours to do two tires. I will not be returning! Go to another Firestone instead.

I had my oil changed here last month. The appointment moved quickly, which was convenient. However, I was disappointed by the aggressive upselling of services I didn't need, and I noticed the cabin filter wasn't properly secured during installation. These problems have made me hesitant to use this service center again.

Great, friendly service! I’m happy with the work that was completed on my vehicle. They have WiFi for their customers, which was nice because I got a lot of work done while I waited for a full brakes work over. The only piece of criticism I have is that the restroom and the waiting area needed some TLC - basic cleaning & dusting would create a more welcoming experience. However, I realize it is a workshop environment, so I’m not too hung up on this. Yet I think a little attention might improve your customers’ experiences.

Fast friendly service. Did what I needed and did not to try and upsell what was not needed. I explained to the young lady that we were trying to get back home to Indiana and had loosened one of the underbelly pans. No problem for them in about an hour they had it fixed and we were on our way home from Texas. Thank you Firestone Irving, Texas on 183 and Beltline Rd.

The folks here always take good care of my truck! It did take longer to repair than I expected because of issues finding parts, so that was a little frustrating. I would have liked better communications about why there were delays. But overall I'm very happy with this location and the people here, and would definitely recommend to a friend.
